Hi my name is John and I live in Oregon.  I am new to the Paleo lifestyle and hope to learn a lot from this group.   I am a very active professional working a full time professional job and a part time professional job.  I train at least once daily and often times I got to the gym in the morning and evening.  I'm also starting up my own business.  As you can see I'm very busy and I'm working out how to fit in a new way of eating into my busy life.  I already eat very natural and mostly organic food, there are just a few items I need to remove from my menu.
