Carnivorous / Zero Carb Approach / Measure fat content in meat
« on: April 14, 2011, 03:50:01 am »Since 3 months i've been doing ZC due to many health issues and finding this as a last solution!
I am very dedicated and have been reading a lot.
I have one little problem though:
I get my meat from the grocery store, where there is always a little bit of dextrose added and it's always the same meat every time. I want to start eating organ meats as well.
My parents are very understanding and are willing to let me do this, and I think i can get them as far as to order me grassfed meat in bulk every month. Now, I want to do 80 fat/20 protein, but have no idea how i'm going measure this. I also don't have much money available!
Anyone has a solution for me as to what I could do?
