I'm only quoting AV's stuff vaguely from memory. Maybe the bentonite was fine, I just recall that edible french green clay was always recommended over others.

There are bottles of bentonite, sodium bentonite, from clay exposed to high heat. Often green clay has not been heated and is safe to use and helpful.

Yes, one requires 60 less enzymes than the other.
Butter is one of the easiest dairy products to make, especially with the use of modern kitchen equipment.
Cacao butter isn't a primal diet or paleo food I've heard of. Which kitchen equipment have you tried?

At last I got a stand mixer yesterday. I made a substantial amount of butter with it today. It came out better than any butter I've made or had. I eat raw grassfed dairy, but still have to follow sensible rules of food combing and digestion.

Hi Eric. I can probably get it removed. Raw animal foods just seem to help so much, that germs don't hurt me anymore, and I know the same for many others. I know other people too who eat mostly cooked and no raw animal foods, and they don't subscribe to the germ theory, and their immune systems seem to get stronger when they stopped worrying about germs. Call the post in question a joke in poor taste. I just feel really well having learned ways around antiseptics, antibiotics, unnatural solvents and detergents.
