Also, once you stop eating the estrogen foods you actually have lower oestrogens naturally, so it's not good for women or those that want to be more feminine either..

I used to write articles about this stuff and knew Alex's business partner, even got published on his site but let me say the hassles aren't worth it.

The people who want to know do and those that don't there is no point...maybe they made a mental trade off? They accept ill health for peace of mind and it's their choice, I really think that's the subconscious reality for people. l)

Sounds interesting to watch.

I wouldn't want to be in it.

Yeah maybie if i were younger and didn't have a child, lol. Then again you'd probably end up all over u-tube with some person trying to touch you on the boat or something!

Banning one specific religion from praying in schools will not make a society immoral.

I do sense that Russia is in a good place these days though-interestingly they've maintained a tradition of lots of fermented foods, unprocessed foods, non-profit driven medicines, science and open research into psychic and spiritual topics. No society is perfect but those things probably have more to do with any moral development than just prayer.

For genuine spirituality (wisdom and correct perception of non-visual/tactile influences), first there must be correct perception and truth. For truth and correct perception there must be a decent diet/genuine health, which leads to a more truthful society because people are less easily fooled. Only after that can there be a hope of comprehending the non-visual, non-tactile influences and very long term patterns that underlie true spirituality-as opposed to the pretense ridden and dogmatic ritual religions. It's less about religion and more about the ability to get to that high level of understanding.

The Paradise Builders is a series of documentaries and a reality TV show. It is an unprecedented, open-ended social experiment caught on film combining three major elements: an uninhabited island, a diet before fire and a group of strangers embarked on a unforgettable journey of self-discovery and awakening. It mixes the major attributes of Survivor, Fear Factor, Lost and Rail Road in one single show. No matter how participants will approach it and what their experience of it may be, a stay on the island unavoidably will become a life-transforming experience.

adrenal should never be taken regularly, you have to have it spaced randomly
ex:
mon 2 tabs
tue nothing
wed nothing
thurs 3 tabs
fri 1 tab
sat nothing
sunday nothing

It needs to be infrequent or a dependancy, adrenal output decrease or collapse because of the negative feedback loop. Your body for some reason decides what it will make hormonally and will make less and less if you reliably supplement.

This is important for some glandulars, but especially adrenal. I read this but then also experienced it firsthand.

Health / Re: Allergies

Cumin can reduce allergies. Good bacteria and lemons as well. This Subliminal Blaster program could help too since for some reason allergies are helped by hypnosis and subliminal messages. Adrenal could help too but it should be sporadically ingested so your body doesn't reduce making it's own adrenal hormones as a response.
