HI ,
This is a picture of downtoearth grass fed sirloin http://www.downtoearth.ph/products/Sirloin-%28Whole%29.html its meat from Philippine local cattle , hardly has any fat . Cattle in the Philippines are very lean which allows them to survive very harsh tropical conditions and forage on tropical native grasses.
