Are the ladies subscribing in droves with your abs?
What exercises should I be doing to get some abs defined?
[/quoteEnjoyable video.Haha, always after the ladies GS.... I actually used to do crunches every day, leg lifts, you name it. A variety of stomach workouts. When I took out carb starches, grains potatoes etc. My abs immediately became more defined. As long as I kept training. I think nutritionally, I maintain the muscle better with no starches. I mean its less effort to maintain defined abs.

I would recommend from my experience. Pull ups 3 sets as many as you can do. And do that 3 days a week. Mon, wed, fri for example. See how that works. Everyones different. Pull ups really help my abdominals.
