Which of these are your favorite BBQ foods?  Any of you have a paleo recipe for any of them?

I am so hungry for a pizza but do not want to mess up.  Is there a low carb cheese that I could try out for a pizza?

General Discussion / No milk

Why can you not have milk on the paleo diet?  I know that it is stuff that the cavemen lived off, but I am really worried about my calcium.

I used to grind my teeth at night but once I started doing the mouth guard it stopped and my popping has not been as frequent.

My doctor told me to avoid all tomato products that were cooked for my acid reflux.

Do you take calcium supplements?  I have noticed lately that when I take these supplements I get the worst migraines ever.

Swimming would be a very 'natural' way to exercise the upper body, very meditative and enjoyable especially in a calm mountain lake.

But if you want to further build muscles you'll have to invest some effort, and do some higher intensity exercise (what HIT_it_RAW suggested)
I agree with swimming.  So much to do there that it will not get old or boring.

I really do not see getting the results that you crave doing this and only this every other day.  I feel that one needs to be doing more.

Today I worked outside raking and moving heavy branches for about 2 hours.  I consider that to be my workout.

I have never done cold water therapy but I so want to test it out.  Maybe later I will have to hop in the shower.

I guess I never really bothered to care what temp my food was at.  I should really keep an eye on this though.

A friend of mine said that she read where you need to have carbs or more over potatoes in your diet so you can produce insulin.  Anyone else heard this before?
