Hey Will,
What's the highest temperature you're reaching in your tallow-making?

"Being non-contraceptive aka real sex, is a paleo lifestyle.  If people are on long term paleo diet, gene expression takes over and males become males and females become females."

Well said! I would pay to see a street experiment done on this!

believe me ys! i didnt want to think of such of a thing
at first. then i looked at the FDA and it allllll made
sense!

gov't holding back natural cures on the public is minuscule compared
to what they're really doing behind closed doors. a lot of
secrets are held back, particularly technological advances

Monk, it opened my eyes! Religion, economy, health all these
matters (and more) have been revealed their true colors to me.

I personally believe that one religion is not superior over another.
Does it mean that one would go to Hell because he/she was born in different
environment/country and was not raised to believe in say, Christianity, NO!

Like today, when I go to church in another hour, the priests will state "God"
but I know that Christianitys "God" has a name and that is Yahweh, which happens to stem
from the Hebrew bible. It makes sense now that their should be a name for a Creator
not simply just god with a capital G, wham bam thank you maam. I think if one
practices good morals, lives a good happy life, eats right (because remember YOUR body holds
your spirit and mind, what you what eat greatly impacts these) and prays to a HIGHER being
he is in good hands. I think everything else is supplementary (no pun intended).

I can talk all day about this topic, but I'm short on time.....

Hi does anyone know if the company that produces GMO agricultural goods just bread different crops so they are superior in some way or do they somehow change its genes genetically? How many of you really think this is dangerous and why?
thanks

Genetically modifying foods is playing God. Man will never exceed
nature! This explains why seedless watermelon doesn't sit right
in my gut (and mind).

All you need to know is don't touch the stuff. Good question.

There are no proteins in plants.

Lets settle this once and for all.. plants carry protein, yes but the absorption
rate in a human body is what should worry you.

"Different proteins have different levels of biological availability (BA) to the human body. They include biological value, net protein utilization, and PDCAAS (Protein Digestibility Corrected Amino Acids Score). The biological value of plant protein sources is usually considerably lower than animal sources."

Clearly plants are not life sustaining foods for humans. We do not have the digestive capabilities to break
down most vegetables, if not all. Animal-sourced food carries ALL nutrients.minerals.vitamins man needs!

No debates against greens.
This is the Primal Diet board... greens eaten and welcome here.

thanks for the reminder samaritan  ;)

13
What about pickling?

I havent looked into it and have no zest to look into it.
Leave the veggies for the animals to consume. And in return
we'll ingest their vitamins/minerals they obtain from them
Good trade, eh

14
Man is not intended to consume vegetables, therefore I do not practice juicing or recommend it.
What Aajonus does not mention to readers is the fact that practically all vegetables have phytotoxins..
take cabbage and the entire Brassica family, for example, they contain a substance called
goitrogen which "suppresses the function of the thyroid gland by interfering with iodine uptake"

only way to eliminate it is by cooking vegetables, a law against the raw community
slowly I am beginning to see that the most basic diet for man is meat fat and water. period!

Consume Vegetables and plants for medicinal purposes.

It's Mother Nature signalling men that you are healthy.

Kudos Will. The body has no need for artificial lipstick....
I wonder what other man-made cosmetic supplies women can eliminate
by attaining good health  ;)

As a general census, what are most of the members on this forum
taking in as a form of probiotics?
Does anyone have a trustworthy over-the-counter brand you can recommend?
or simply a handmade form :)

Ideas appreciated.
Thanks RPF!

All animals & all forms of primacy realise the need for broad spectrum meats, & nutrition, they dont run around picking nutritionally monoculture'd meats, all meats & organs are complete ecological cycles,

Well said Roony. In laymans terms, think act but most importantly eat like a beast
devour everything in sight. you know those eyeballs look tempting ;)

lol im not suggesting you need to hunt roadkill, im simply stating you need the full range of nutrition, you just need to include organs, as muscle meats dont contain the nutrition organs do necessary to regenerate health & heal disease optimally

I'm not putting down tallow or whatever, if you dont want to eat organs great, but those are the facts, if you want to disagree then fine, but do it with some evidence pls

People on this forum need to start thinking and acting like a caveman!!!!!! If you were out
in the wild, obviously you'd be hunting. Thats not a question.
You certainly would not let nothing goes to waste!!!!! NOTHING

'Like nourishes like' For me, no dairy minimal vegetables (cooked, maybe in a soup or stew)
raw tallow, suet, marrow raw meats, no lean meat though none of this
lean s**t, picture a killed elk or other large land animal in front
of you, theres plenty of fat and protein. You're not going
straight for one. also, no nuts or seeds (these are more agricultural-type foods,
found more commonly later in time) cant imagine caveman soaking these

24
High protein.
I had to lessen the proportion of fat I'm eating so I can eat more protein.  Otherwise I'd be so full.

Thanks for the update. Keep us posted on your 'experiment'
Be careful though, you dont want to risk the chance of rabbit starvation

So far after 3 days the only immediate effect I have to report is testosterone.  Yeah, horny.

Is this predominantly from a high protein diet or high fat?
great side effect, eh
