Thanks for quick reply.

I have done a bowel cleanse and a parasite cleanse.
I have done 1 liver flush, but it did not produce any stones.
Kinda scared to do more liver flushes  :(

So more liver flushes would do the trick ? I don't have flare ups on fish.

I''m starting to get frustrated.

I'm a psoriatic and ate raw grassfed beef and still got a flare up :'(
The meat I bought was 1 month old and it was frozen. Could that be the problem ?

General Discussion / Frozen meat omega-3
« on: May 14, 2010, 07:11:55 pm »
Does frozen meat contains just as much omega-3 as fresh meat ?

Does it make a difference in omega-3 when its frozen 1 or 2 months ago ?

General Discussion / Beef fed with hay and vegetables
« on: May 02, 2010, 02:00:18 am »
I bought some beef from a local farmer.
In the winter season his animals were fed with hay(90%) and some vegetables like cabbage, carrots and potatoes(10%).
Will this influence the omega3-omega6 balance in a negative way ?

I am compiling one. Four addresses from my site were already quoted by you.

Still looking for input though... Did you find some more resources?

When I'll find more I'll post!

Altijd even expliciet navragen dus!

Do you have a list of all grass-fed farms ? Please post it.

Tyler, thanks for your reply. I will keep on looking for the right meats.
First of all, what is: "raw wild game" ?
I already visited health-stores and organic butchers and tried there raw meat.
Organic meat in Holland is also grain-fed :(
