Lloyd Schofield of San Francisco was successful in collection 7,700 correct signatures for his suggestion to make male circumcision illegal. It has been confirmed by election administrators that his suggestion will be on the city's November ballot. But the suggestion will meet opposition in the form of United States Representative Brad Sherman's measure to stop San Francisco and other cites from prohibiting circumcision.
