I dont mean to be rude GoodSamaritan but durian has more sugar than bananas, seedless hybrid watermelon, jakfruit, mango or sugar apples!

Durian has 27g of pure sugar per 100g of edible portion and only 3g of fat per 100g of edible portion!!! That is a dangerous amount of sugar!

Durian is fat deficient. A bad choice unless you want to be as skinny as this raw vegan family.  8)

If we feed ourselves fruit or other sugars it will always lead to a binge on chocolate or high sugar meats like oysters, horse etc.

Best thing to overcome addictions is to not fuel them. Cut out all fruit and carbs. Eat more fat when you want something sweet. Raw meat helps the body detoxify sugar cravings. Sure it can take a few years but every time we have sugar, we just set ourselves backwards.

We are not designed for much cardio or quick stuff. We would have just sat around for long periods of time as ambush hunters. A bit like Alligators. Thats why those people today that exercise just get too skinny, carb addicted, end up drinking water or get injured.

Lifting weights is as unatural as eating carbs or cooked food. We would have just killed an animal, ate it on the spot with fat being the first priority cos its the highest caloric food choice. Then we would have relaxed and digested the fats. No exercise, no running with a heart rate monitor, no gym memberships..

You shouldnt have to lift weights to build strength. Its all about eating enough fats. If someone has to lift weights or workout to put on bulk then they are not eating enough raw animal fatz.

Put down the weights and pick up the fat intake and youll put on pure bulk a lot faster than burning calories lifting up heavy objects and putting them down again.

I put on 36lbs of pure bulk in the last few months..not many can say that eh?

Seriously guys, lifting weights just makes you skinny and starts up carb cravings.

The body runs on fat for fuel. The liver converts fat into glucose. So the more fat you eat, the more energy you will have to burn. Aim for eating a lot of fat as this helps slap on heaps of healthy body fat.

Ive put on 36lbs in the last few months and havent picked up a single weight or done a single push up! Now thats some serious results I have to say!  8)

Bottom line, if you want to bulk, hit the RAF really hard and forget lifting weights and carbs as it just puts the body in an catabolic state.

Guys there is better things to do than live in the gym and look in the mirrors!  ;)

Paul Chek is an anorexic over exerciser but I agree he does have some good things to say and squatting is one of them. I try and not go to the toilet that much and not drinking any water helps this. By dehydrating the colon and being semi constipated your body can culture more beneficial bacteria. That helps add the healthy body fat and builds fitness that way.

I disagree OB. We want to put on body fat and as much and as fast as possible. You only see an orangutan with a lean belly when it is starving. Humans belly should be very fat and round. This helps the body produce testostorone.

6paks and slim gym bunnies on the cover of fitness magazines are not sexy or natural! We need to understand that fat humans survive and skinny ones get weak.

The ultimate bulking diet is ZC. No fruit as that will get you skinny, no carbs, nothing low fat. Eat as high fat as possible and setting an alarm clock at night helps one get more calories in as well. Hey, Ive put on 36lbs of pure fat in the last few months and I never exercise. There is no gyms in the jungle!  :D

AV wouldnt be seen dead in a gym!

Cardio is not natural. We would only run to escape danger so a sedentary lifestyle is much much more healthy. All the Sedentary fear of getting fat is perpetuated by the weight loss industry!

Its just a big scam. Im a committed ZC follower and Ive put on 36lbs of pure fat in the last few months since eating just pure fat and a bit of protein. ZERO CARBS. Im so committed that I dont even eat oysters anymore or horse meat as it contains too much sugar and can kick you out of a fat burning ketogenic state.

Sugar is an addiction and exercise is they they do to burn off the sugar. Dont exercise and eat more fats and fatty meats and youll feel a heap better. 6 paks and vo2max's are for gym rats! Be proud to have a fat gut and not give a damn!  :P

This is a traditional slaughter in Denmark. Its on my to do list! What a true paleo experience! Hunt, kill, gut and eat your own animal!

Ive had dolphin and whale in Japan but Id really like to taste the fatty enzyme rich meat of those Danish beasts!  >D

Has anyone been to this or eaten this meat?

You should NEVER eat carbohydrates! Its all about being in a ketogenic state and using FAT as fuel. If you eat carbs you will get diabeties, just look at society today! Sometimes I just eat oil for 7 days. As much as I care for. If you feel your gallbladder it just means the raw fats are cleansing out the old fatty residues from cooked meat. If it hurts then you need to drink more. During these mono oil weeks I strictly do not drink any water. Its called an Oil pull-gall bladder flush. Has anyone else done these?

Carbs are an addiction!! Be strong and say no to honey, fruit, baked potato or even oysters as these have way too much sugar for the human endocrine system to handle!

Sugar addiciton will be detoxified in a few years so stay strong. If you really crack then eat a fully green banana or 2. But even then its better not to. Discipline if your friend, dont be weak! EAT MORE FAT IF YOU CRAVE SUGAR! its simply your body crying out for fat. The more fat we eat, the fatter we can become and therefore we can help remove the old toxins. Ive put on 36lbs in the last 3 months of pure fat and Im damn proud of it! >D

BEST DETOX EVER!  :D is just raw liver up to 3kg a day, or more if you can handle it and blended with full fat organic raw cream. You cant put any of it in the fridge or it will kill the beneficial bacteria. Sure its hard to get these products without refridgeration but you wanna be healthy? then you must get these 2 products and eat only that for as long as it takes for the healing crisis to start up.

I just got out of hospital my detox was so powerful! I still feel pretty weak but I reckon thats cos of the antibiotics and steriods they jabbed into me cos they said i was going to die otherwise from Ecoli poisioning..Those idiots! but i was in so much pain that I was willing to sign anything to make me feel better...damn it! I should have just pushed thru like AV suggested...

Its hard to be a rawpaleo in this society and I feel very isolated at almost every meal time and going on a date is a nightmare! but its good to know ive got some real friends here. Thanks guys! ;)

Horse meat has too much carbs in it. Whale meat is what I go for in Japan or beef. I dont eat grass fed beef anymore as it doesnt have enough fat in it. Feedlot is a lot more fatty. You can still get some organic feedlot if you look for it and pay for it.

Goodsamaritan, nothing personal, but why on earth do you let your kids eat cooked horse meat! Why not give it to them raw! Cooked meat is very, very toxic!! Its full of hetrocyclic amines and benzopyrenes.

Why does meat preserve in the freezer or fridge?? WHY? THE FREEZING KILLS ENZYME ACTIVITY!! you may as well be eating a steak at the local bbq!

I keep my meat in the pantry in the dark. The enzymes in the meat are a lot stronger and healthier in that environment.

Frozen meat or cooled meat is cooked meat in my experience. You can feel it in your stomach as it doesnt digest so well.

I wait until the meat is slimy and a bit grey looking. No way in nature would meat be wrapped in plastic and kept in a freezer or fridge! There is no fridges in nature and thats why people get food poisoning cos they put their meat in the freezer and the healthy bacteria like Ecoli, Botulism, Listeria, Salmonella go all whacko and make us sick.

Watch AV on the 'Ripleys Believe It Or Not' youtube and that is how you need to eat your meat. Black or really dark green is the best for a healthy liver!! If you get really sick that means your body is just detoxing from other stuff I think.

I asked AV that question and he said 'People in society dont stink enough!!, you need to stink as bad as the high meat does and then some!'

I always thought really smelly stools and gas was unhealthy but maybe I was wrong. I mean dog poo stinks like high meat but maybe thats healthy?

I just got out of hospital from doing a liver cleanse by eating local organic calf's livers. I had extreme fever, vomiting, fatigue and had to take some pain killer and steriods to overcome the sharp stabbing pain my lower abdomen.

What do you peeps think it was? Was it a good cleanse or geniune food poisoning? AV got me to eat mono livers and heaps of raw cream to help overcome my liver condition. I just feel the worst ever now.!!  :'(
