Earily familiar for me... I went for years without meat and when I tried it again it was like crack after I got over the initial disgust. Personally, I didn't fight it and eventually just kind of got over it after a few months.

I will take a Blendtec over a Vitamix any day. Blendtec makes everything perfectly liquid smooth. Vitamix does too but requires a taper which I don't like. You could try a Breville or Ninja Blender if you don't want to spend $400 +

Just been researching and trying to improve my health. Recently discovered paleo. Seems like this forum is packed with a wealth of information. Glad to be a part of the group.  O0
