I've been trying to follow a"cure tooth decay" diet for the last 6 months, since the entire side of a tooth disintegrated with no warning. I was doing good but the last month I've been so busy(80 hour work week, etc., that over for the year) and also been sick and living on cough drops. That tooth had a couple crumbles come of the edge of the cavity last night and now there is a sharp edge rubbing my tongue, making it swell. Any ideas on dealing with it until it gets rounded a bit and loses the sharp edge?
