"There is a great deal of difference between a non-grain fed cow and a grain fed cow.

"Non-grain fed will have only 10% or less saturated fat. Grain fed can have over 50%.

"There is a big difference. A non-grain fed cow will actually be high in Omega 3 oils. Plants have a pretty high percentage of Omega 3, and if you accumulate it by eating it all day, every day for most of your life, your fat gets a pretty high proportion of Omega 3. I would try for 50% oleic fat, and the others would depend on the individual, but about 25% of the other two. "

Then why do I no longer feel any urge to eat anything else than pemmican and wild blueberries?

Pemmican seems to be the perfect food, with the extras that Lex can get. It has a lot of saturated fat.

For me the perfect food is high Sat fat meat mix. I've made it with bone marrow and it's not the same.

He has some good information there but he says we should be eating Mono fats from nuts! eh?

How is Mono fat better exactly? it  provides energy quickly but wouldn't sat fat be good for longer term energy requirements?  and what is so bad about Sat fat being hard?

It's an interesting article with some great points but I'm sure a few people on here could easily tear his ideas on fat apart! ;D

WOW!  Great article, the initial one that is.  the most recent one is good too, but i really enjoyed that first one.  Thanks for posting it.
