Cooked animal fat is THE worst type of cooked food. Studies have shown this to be the case, again and again. Granted, cooked pastured meats will have a better nutrient-profile than cooked, grainfed meats  but they still have the problem of  having heat-created toxins derived from cooking. It seems that greater amounts of  heat-created toxins occur when animal fat is cooked than for any other type. So, arguably, a well-cooked piece of 100% pastured beef will be less healthy, overall,  than an equivalent  raw, grainfed piece of meat.

True, some of those too, though not as bad as cooked animal fats.

Strange,  I was unable to reply to PP yesterday, as rpf would not allow it.Wonder what caused it?
