Frozen Honey?
« on: May 15, 2015, 03:48:02 am »
I have come across a company which sells its honey in a frozen form rather than warming it in temperatures up to 42 degrees celsius. Has anyone tried prefrozen honey? Was it any good?

Correction.  I do not freeze my honey as a practice for storage.
We try freezing some 2 tablespoons of honey to see if it is pure.  It is not supposed to freeze.
I have some wild raw honeycomb with baby bees in them in the freezer because it rots easily.
