The above is, surprisingly, in favour of bacteria-rich raw cheeses(which are, in the UK, unfortunately heavily salted, often.) Also, the article basically implies that those RVAFers, unable to get hold of the best organic/wild foods all the time, ought to be regularly eating some high-meat or other regular self-made fermented foods in order to restore their gut-bacteria.
