Who'd have thought that China  might end up being far more pro-raw(well, anti-cooking) than anywhere else in the world?  There have already been a number of articles blaming global warming partly on 3rd-worlders burning wood en-masse, this sort of thing is even better pro-raw propaganda. Vegans have had 1 or 2  solid arguments against opposing diets by citing endemic animal-cruelty in farms and slaughter-houses etc., and made a (very weak, unlikely) argument that vegan foods are less environmentally-damaging. Now, we can have more weapons against the fake arguments of many anti-raw-food-critics. We can say, "but how can you defend cooked diets when they are destroying the environment and furthering mass air-pollution?", "what about the (future) children"?   ;) , etc.;. Imagine a future world where air-pollution is so bad everywhere, that cooking is banned all over the world in the same manner as smoking increasingly is nowadays.....
