Since the negative effects from air-pollution involve HCAs(heterocyclic amines) and PAHs(polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons) to a large extent, both of which are also created via cooking, it is clear that RVAFers are less affected by air-pollution since they only get such toxins via breathing in air-pollution not via food as well as is the case with cooked-foodists. However, air-pollution is still something to worry about.
