Absurd claim from the Caucasus

This is of course pure nonsense. The Caucasus has a history of faking great longevity. You see, often these people have several generations with exactly the same name so it is easier to fake things. So, when you read stories about incredibly old people, unless they have extensive documentation, it's often a load of rubbish.
"During the last campaign I knew what was happening. You know, they mocked me for my foreign policy and they laughed at my monetary policy. No more. No more.
" Ron Paul.

I agree.
Also, I have read a bit about tribes, villages, areas that have a lot of long lived people. Difficult to generalise, but here are some observations:
Most people who live long (I mean not a single odd person, but groups), say these things could be a reason:
- they are happy, and live a stress free life, usually in nature. They say the outlook on life is important, not to be negative etc...
- Many of them are mountain people: living in a remote location like mountains gives clean air, good water with good minerals (this is many times said by the inhabitant themselves to be a big factor). The act of slowly walking up/down mountains is also really good for the health, instead doing violent, extreme exercise, that is not good for longevity.
- Natural food. Natural lifestyle, country life (not city life)
-Enjoying life, friends, good family relations.
So this wining woman being totally unhappy, it all sounds to be a scam honestly.
