I am new on this forum and I am from Holland

Hi Everybody,

I am new on this forum and I am from Holland, Europe.
I need a lot of information on how to get started. I read the 2 books from Aajonus Vonderplanitz and was 10 years on a raw organic mainly fruit and veggie diet (with some cooked food as well) After all I was still not being able to get rid of my health problems. So anyone who can give me some information on how to get started on eating raw meat please as I need all the help to overcome bacteria fobia etc., especially I have never eaten raw fish and chicken, bone marrow, liver etc. I am already eating raw organic butter, raw eggs, raw cheese and veggies.
