If you eat to much fat it isn't an issue, like it can be with carb and protein overload, any excess fat will just pass out through the stool. Over time you should be able to instinctivly limit your fat intake in acordance to your needs

I'm not suggesting you do anything I say. I'm just letting you know I use fat as my macro nutrient in almost every meal. Meaning I'll eat more fat than protein, and carbs.
