Went raw primal in '07, have been tweaking ever since, now settled mostly on raw wild and pastured meat, organs, glands, marrow and wildcaught seafoods of all varieties.

Have never been healthier. So Happy with this journey tho it's bittersweet considering the mentality of the masses.
