Hi everyone,
I'm 22 years old, I live in in the Baltics.
Haven't used shampoo since 16 years old.
Went on a Pale/Keto diet with intermittent fasting and "snake juice" to prevent diabetes in late 2018.
Got "fat adapted", then in my mind it clicked that the only true keto is the carnivore diet.
Started the carnivore around January this year, fixed severe anxiety, insomnia, depression and mood in just 3 days. Which doctors/medication failed to fix for 3 years.
Didn't take too long to start eating raw meat, eventually discovered primal diet.
Now I'm fully raw, mostly meat and dairy, with an occasional fruit juice.
