Hi Everybody!

So quick synopsis.

Very SAD diet for about 18 years. (3 cans coke, 2 takeout meals a day)
tried it all. raw vegan for a few, 17 day water fast with Drbass.com
currently 21, been raw with animal protein for 6 months now. Residing in Brooklyn, Ny.

Welcome to the forum! I wish I'd had the sense to start this diet as young as 21.

That's how I choose to view my situation.  I may have some problems but at least it made me seriously think about what health is and how to keep it.  I would hate to be like most people and not think about these things until I'm 50 or 60 years old.

17 day water fast, nice. I'm also interested in what effects you noticed.

I managed about 3 days this spring but I will probably not repeat it.
