i am assuming fish and crustaceans do not produce the same hormones as humans? and that the vitamins/minerals/fats inherent in their bodies are what promotes proper sexual health function in humans?

Sexual hormones, in particular testosterone, are very conserved among vertebrates. But you're right, the one in fish is markedly different from ours but probably nevertheless active in humans. Hormone supplementation in medical care is actually done with forms that often differ from the natural one but are still active....

And I agree, proper sexual health in humans is just the same as proper general health in humans i.e. a matter of appropriate good nutrition.
