Yo spine specialists, take a look at this! Dana did a little experimenting and photography. She tells us her results with her gluten on and gluten off experiments. Dana tells us in pictures so we can understand better.

Amazing how much can the body change in just a few days!
Good for her that she figured out the gluten.

As the digestive system is in proximity to the core muscles, any digestive problems may cause tension in these muscles. The problem is usually caused in the lower abdominal muscles as the large intestine is where junk sits and ferments.  In sever cases one will feel cramping but in others it may be unnoticeable to the person.  By looking at her posture in the first row of pictures, it looks as her abdominals are flexed which is causing her back to arch.

Can you explain trigger points?

There's a good explanation there. Sorry it's commercial, but there's not a great deal of reliable sources. I think treating trigger points is amazing, but not a lot of people get into it as it takes a certain sort of mind, and dedication. I was lucky in that I had RSI so was motivated to get past the learning curve.

What predator says is also true though. Also, if her gut became less swollen from wheat it might well reduce distortion of posture from that.
