Getting sick of food part of our evolution
« on: April 30, 2010, 06:11:52 am »
I just recently started eating other raw animal products as I am starting to get sick of just eating beef. It occured to me, do our bodies purposely get sick of foods after you eat only one type of food because your body wants a larger array of nutrients from foods?

Well I've been eating beef every single day since I started my raw Z/C diet, 8 months ago. I continue to enjoy it, as much as I did the first time. Actually I think it tastes better now, since I changed to eating my meat ground. Almost all beef around here is fed 100% grass, so I buy my meat at the supermarket. I guess other meats would be nice too, but other than beef, there are just the standard grainfed poultry and pig. Lamb are 100% grassfed, but it's not widely available, and then it's very expensive. I believe I could get some fresh wild fish, but all I can find are some lean varieties, that's all and the prices are even higher than the lambs. I tried some wild salmon once, but it was frozen and 7 months old(the colour was changing from pink/red to yellow :'(). For now I'll just stick with my beef meat.

Maybe. It's also been said that hunger is the best sauce.

Yeah I agree with William.

When eating one meal a day I demolish my Beef.
