This breakfast, the whole household had raw avocado + raw coconut milk + raw honey shake. We just pop them in the blender. Then put whole ice cubes in our glass. Healthy “ice cream”. Kids like this latest invention. My sister in law invented it.

Now they found a new way to enjoy the avocado shake – by freezing them into ice cubes. Not just ordinary cubes, animal shapes. Their aunt bought them animal shaped ice trays. Cool fun.

This is a fat (avocado) + fat (coconut milk) + some carbs (honey) drink. Be full immediately.

Of course we make it ourselves.  I live in coconut country. Just press the shredded coconut with your hands like so...

No added water or coconut water (I mean the liquid that is naturally inside the nut)? Is it from mature coconuts? I couldn't do this with coconuts I find here. They are so dry... Maybe I could use the info when I go to Taiwan though, would be so helpful in providing the good fats.

Very nice gs.  I bet your kids love it!  I'll bear that recipe in mind for my own growing son although it would never be the same here without the wonderful access to fresh tropical ingredients as you're so fortunate to enjoy.

Any chance of some elegant pictures of the finished beverage in a glass and ready to drink?

Wow!  That does actually look delicious and I'm not even a big fan of avocados!  Thanks for sharing those pics!  :)

Isn't that called coconut cream?

I think the temperature also helps to get it just with your hands like that.

Have you ever made coconut oil through fermentation of the cream?

GS excellent smoothie!

When we make coconut cream around here the coconuts are quite dry. Would you suggest making the cream by mixing the milk from the coconut back in with the pulp? If coconuts are the same as other fruits we get from points south they are picked immature and somehow forced into maturity with gasses etc and nuked to keep from gong bad.
Cheers
Al
