First Time I got food poisoning and it wasn't raw paleo...

Yah so I was hanging with some friends and I decided to order a medium rare burger and just eat the meat. One of my other friends also ordered a burger and both of us got food poisoning. My other friends who didn't get a burger were fine. Just thought Id share that I've now officially got food poisoning from SAD food and still none from any raw paleo food. Also just a side note my sickness went away in about half the time of my friend and it wasn't nearly as severe, is this because I am eating paleo which helps my immune system or he just got it worse?
