I didn't have it raw, but we have a local Yak rancher. It's very tasty as a pan fried burger patty. Very lean so it doesn't work as great on the grill, but still good.

Wow, I just skimmed it again and saw $15 per lb! Not breaking even at that price? Do they drink only Evian or something?

I paid $4 per for mine.
