i'm hungry, but NOT hungry.

you should be fine. Suet takes getting used to. At first most find it repulsive. there are other sources of fat, but suet is just so cheap and most times even more nutritious than other sources. I generally eat it most days because I get it for free grassfed from a butcher. I dont eat much of it however. Maybe about a 1 cup a day. bone marrow is better. Not gonna lie I like raw butter when I can get it. One thing I did when I started eating suet was the theory of the book "The warrior diet", when you only eat when you are starving and have a great appetite, and when you are starving you eat as much as you want. I did this with suet and found myself eating a lb of it plus a kilo of meat at a time, not repulsed at all.

thanks, good info mate - being super-hungry would seem to work, although i seem to have problems before i get to that phase - pain, weakness, fatigue - it takes suffering through hours of this for me to get to the starving empty feeling, and even then it's no guarantee that i'll actually be very hungry and be able to eat enough calories...
