Your favorite vegetables and why?

Mine is celery.

i like seaweed the most (dulse is amazing). also like cabbage, celery, dill, chives

I like to vary which vegetables. I particularly like green leafy vegetables like kale, spinach, collards, romaine....(and others)

I like tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers .....though I believe these are all fruits, botanically speaking.




i also like asparagus, celery(for juicing), carrots(juicing), beets(juicing), zucchini(for making spiralized strips that resemble pasta), and herbs like parsley, watercress, and cilantro, again mostly for juicing.


I like variety a lot and I can get a much bigger variety of vegetables than I can meats, but variety keeps me interested in food and I feel it is a way to tap into different nutritional sources.

Carrots by far because they are still sweet but not fruit sweet.

sweet potatoes (for their energy, I feel they're the best form of carbs for me) I love em!! also have a soft spot for avocados (for they're fat content) and also because I love em!!
