Scar tissue
« on: August 31, 2010, 02:59:15 am »
Has anyone had luck removing scars via consuming raw meat or raw fat? If so, what type of meat? I heard raw chicken works but after my recent food poisoning episode, I don't want to eat raw poultry...at least non-wild.

Well, my huge scar on my left arm(gotten when I was a kid) was really vivid for decades afterwards. However, after a few years on an RPD diet it's much less vivid, with the same colour as the surrounding skin. I'm figuring it might even vanish in a decade or so.

As regards other more minor  injuries/scars I've sustained, they heal much faster and are not noticeable, whereas in pre-RPD days huge scar-tissue would form and the wound would not heal fast etc.

You might wanna try out dermarolling.  An acquaintance of mine highly recommends this type of treatment for scar tissue. Here is the best value for money way to get your hands on one:  http://www.owndoc.com/dermarolling/dermarolling-explained/
