Best health supplement to maximize a workout?
« on: December 22, 2010, 12:54:41 pm »
I just recently started working out. I am NOT fat. I am very petite and weigh about 110. I am not looking to gain or lose any weight. I am basically looking to stay at around the same weight more or less but would like to build lean, toned muscle.

No supplement.  Wrong forum I think.  Try supplementing with a raw paleo diet.  In the introductions part of the forum, let us know what your workout is, what you used to eat, what you eat now and fun details.  Or you could take fenfen, pork highmeat or l-arginine and pycnogenol.  Where do you live?  What's available to you.  We know so little, you only made one post in this whole forum.  Are you male?  Are you female?  Gender may change which supplement.  110 lb is small, yet you say you want not to gain weight.  Are you tall?  Are you a child?  Is it 110 kilograms?
