Sulfuric gas

Ok, who has experienced gas with a very sulfuric smell? Can this be a bad sign?

This is the first time it's ever happened to me. Honestly, my usual gas, if any, would smell worse in my opinion, but this is just a bit alarming.

I've read it can be related to poor liver function, which I've been pointed to by almost all of my symptoms throughout the years.

Some people seem to suffer from this chronically for years, but I don't know if this is actually a bad sign..
