Salicylate content of coconut flesh vs oil
« on: April 02, 2011, 10:53:55 am »
I have been taking coconut oil for a long time. I know that it is high salicylates, but my capacity to deal with it hasn't been overloaded like when I was constantly eating high salicylate fruits during veganism.

I tried some of that Artisana coconut butter this morning and OMG... It felt like I had been heavily drugged. It felt like I was viewing the world through a narrow tunnel and I couldn't concentrate on anything.

Is there a significant difference in salicylate content between the flesh and oil?
All I want is the truth... Just gimme some truth.
