In restaurants they make steak tartar from grain fed ground beef right?

Unless otherwise noted at the restaurant I would assume all beef is grain fed.

It might depend on which restaurant.  Ask them.

I had a bad restaurant experience with tartar yesterday.  We ordered appetizers, mine was called the steak tartare appetizer.  Two deep fried greasy grain wrapper pockets arrived on my plate.  I told the waitress, "no, I ordered the tartare".  We argued back and forth, her insisting this is tartare and raw, even though I broke it open for her, showing how dark brown, crumbly and separated the meat was inside.  Finally she agreed to take it away after I said that if I would take a bite my likely next move would be throwing up all over the table and floor.

High end restaurants here might use grass-fed beef, but it's often grain finished which will ruin the fat profile, perhaps not all the benefits. It would be quite a lot high end as well.

LOL deep fried tartare. For dessert, boiled ice cream and sea berries.

That's fried ice cream and sea grapes.  I never heard of sea berries.  *makes note to self to look that up*

Cooked raw?

Who the hell would cook a dish that is supposed to be raw? That doesn't even make sense.

Ooops...what is this? Damn!
