Do you know any out there? I want to take a look and see what they're up to.

I don't know of any. I know that you don't bulk up as much but can lift heavier weights on RZC.

That sounds good. I just want to get as strong as possible, within reason.

I’ve tried vlc and exercising for a while. For me very high intensity exercise is not possible in a total absence off carbs. Many have reported the same problem. When working out I could do 1-2 exercises with the right intensity but then intensity would drop and performance was pitiful. If I rested a lot in between exercises I could get a reasonable performance but that is not a proper workout imo. Right now I eat a rather low carb diet <50grams a day. I do heavy weigh training ones a week and eat a lot of grapes a few hours prior to my workout this gives my just enough fast carbs to workout.

Low carb diets reduce water stored in muscles so you seem less massive. This changes nothing about the simple fact that a muscle is strong in proportion to its cross section. To get stronger you must get bigger.

That's fine. I'm not scared of getting big. Just not chasing being superbig.

If I look quite big, and am in fact stronger than I look that's all good. That seems to be borne out by how I'm developing at the moment.

I seem to be fine working out right now, but I don't train to failure I'm doing 7x7 2 exercises per workout.
