High Fruit?

I know about high meat but "high fruit"?
Have seen it mentioned in a past thread.

Would high fruit be fruit that is over ripe and turning acidic? 
Or is there a process one needs to do to the fruit?

You can pickle the fruit.  Immerse it in salt water and let it sit for a few weeks.

I let quite a bit of my fruit go somewhat "rotten" before eating it.  It sometimes ferments sour, sometimes alcohol. It's much more digestible that way.

    Were you practicing his primal diet?  For certain things he recommends rotten raspberries.  As for pickling, he has recipes for adding ACV to non-sweet fruit (green mild tasting like cucumber), no salt in the diet.  Otherwise he recommends unripe fruit non-fermented, AFAIK, also not to eat much fruit, and not to combine them improperly.

I don't believe that rotten fruit is particularly valuable. I would just drink a glass of wine... But alcohol always gives me headaches.  :o

Rotten raspberries are recommended for what? I have been eating them, but after a few months they were a bit too ripe for the fridge.  : )

Also cucumbers are fruit too :)

    Rotten as in moldy, as part of a protocol in one of his books.  I never tried.  It's supposed to be a harsh detox.

It just makes it more digestible, in a general sense, in my experience.

This is my experience as well. The other day one of my apples became rotten because of a puncture and become soft enough to spoon. I picked off the mold and slurped at the apple. It was sweeter in flavor (I think this has something to do with the oxygen reacting with the sugars?) and seemed easier to digest.

I enjoyed it so much I decided to bruise all my apples and puncture them with a fork in order for the apples to break down more quickly.  :D
