Sources of Vitamin A, C, E, and Folate

Since the carnivorous diet is all animal, then where do we obtain our Vitamin A, C, and E?

You still get all 3 of them from raw meats. Make sure to eat the organs too, especially raw liver.

Vitamin A you can easily get from egg yolk, liver, and kidney.

Vitamin C you probably can get enough as long as you eat raw. Spleen and kidney have greater proportions. Still, I do think we evolved getting most of our vitamin C from plants. We are one of the few species who don't make their own, and plants have the highest concentration. We are not a carnivorous species.

Vitamin E you can get from egg yolk and grass fed meats. Not eating many unsaturated fats will help reduce your need of this vitamin.

Folate seems lower in muscle meats than in plants. Organs definitely have more. Maybe they are more easily absorbed than in plant sources? Not sure. As long as you eat organs you should be fine.

When you are in a low-carb diet, moreover if that is zero-carb the need of vitamin C decreases a lot: http://www.ketotic.org/2011/03/ketomyths-ii.html
