VCO Detox
« on: June 28, 2011, 09:17:42 am »
Hey All,

I am considering trying the Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) Detox that is reccomended by GS.

I am a little worried that it might set back my health a bit.

I was wondering who on the forum has done it?  And if the results were positive or negative?

I know I contacted a few of you via PM, but feel free to comment on your experiences as well.

Thanks,
-Max

Don't do it unless you're absolutely sure you have candida overgrowth.

Hi all.
I am sure that  I have candida overgrowth.
I bought VCO (It was tough to find exactly VIRGIN). But.. My oil is not liquid,   it looks like  this:

How to make this detox? "Chew" my oil every 2 hours or just heat it?  -\

It will melt in your mouth. Lol. On hot days it will become liquid, it's more annoying to deal with liquid though, I prefer it solid.
