These "arrests" of foreign war criminals while abroad never work. The relevant government usually always cops out and either returns them or the war-criminals in question simply refuse to visit the country because they fear riots, rather than an actual arrest. There's the example of that arrogant hypocrite Peter Tatchell trying to do a "citizen's arrest' on Mugabe (after heartily supporting that tyrant in past decades!) and those attempts by Amnesty, StopTheWar  etc. to get those Israeli generals arrested when the latter try to visit the UK.

Only exception I can think of is General Pinochet. But then, given the benefits the latter gave Chile re a non-socialist economy, suppressing the socialist revolutionaries etc., he was hardly a "war-criminal".

The real war criminal is Dick Cheney.  They'll never be able to bury him in the US (except maybe secretly).  His grave would be tremendously, constantly desecrated.

Seriously, he was the CEO of Halliburton, which received billions in contracts from the Iraq war, and which also was participated in building oil rig platforms, including the Deepwater Horizon, which caused the oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.  That guy is the connection between the military/industrial complex and the oil industry. He is the definition of American imperialism gone bad.

Ron Paul calls him a "chicken hawk" for his Vietnam record.

That's also Dubya's past. Hiding in the rich kid's military during Vietnam and even when he was in there he managed to get out of the little duty he was supposed to have.

Dick Cheney has no heart.

Seriously google it. It litterally has no heart or heart beat. Just a constant flow of blood. These people only make it to the top because of their sociopathy. Just watch the end of the Pat Tillman documentary.
