Frozen vs powdered colostrum
« on: December 22, 2011, 07:47:15 am »
Right now I only have access to frozen first milking colostrum from my raw dairy club. Until I can get my hands on some fresh colostrum should I continue with this or go with something like daniel vitalis's colostrum powder.

I do feel a benefit from the frozen colostrum but its obviously not gonna be as good as unfrozen.

All dairy-related topics go into the primal diet or weston price diet forums. Moved now.*

Sorry I was under the impression that colostrum was not dairy since it is produced in the cows blood and not its mammary glands even though it comes out of the udder. I guess it's a grey area though.

I feel that colostrum is overrated.
