I have occsionally come across some freeware that allows one to switch from one image-maker to another. Just google them.

JPEG (JPG) is fine, I often posted  pictures in JPG format here.
Cause and effect are distant in time and space in complex systems, while at the same time there’s a tendency to look for causes near the events sought to be explained. Time delays in feedback in systems result in the condition where the long-run response of a system to an action is often different from its short-run response. — Ronald J. Ziegler

All of the images I've posted have been in JPG. Have you had trouble posting those before Al?

Since I posted that I went into the prefs for my scanner and selected GIF. Seems to work. Didn't occur to me before. Thanks everybody.
