Minced-elkmeat-snacks with beef-fat

These I had the other day;



Just spice up minced wild meat with whatever you like,
I used 1 eggyolk, balsamic-vinegar, onion, capers in seasalt. Then roll them, put them on cucumber and put a tiny chunk of grassfed beef fat on the top.
There are also one quail egg, raw in the shell, and a tiny bit of liver and heart on the salad.

Very nourishing and delicious meal. :)

I see a picture cook book on it's way.  If  you lived closer, I'm sure I'd be forward and invite myself to dinner.       I also can easily imagine in the not too distant future an upscale restaurant similar to Nobu Sushi bars where all that's served is raw and prepared like you displayed.

Although the instincto in me will just eat 1 item at a time.

I'm personally too lazy/occupied right now, but it seems to me that Inger, our resident "domestic goddess"  ;D  ,  has an amazing knack re presenting raw animal foods in a pleasant, SAD-dieter-appealing way. Eventually, we should have her photos available on rawpaleodiet.com as well as this would boost our popularity.

Yes, I like to eat plain a lot of time myself too, GS! :) (feel free to use my pics how ever you want! They have no copyright ;))
But, sometimes I just need "food for my soul" and these times is, when I makes such recipes.
I never feel ill from them, so no regret. ;)

Also great to make for someone new to raw meat maybe?
I will try and post recipes more often, Tyler.

Van, I would love to make a recipe-book. A meaty, wild, raw one. ;D
