Vegans clean more their teeth than raw paleo dieters?
« on: January 04, 2013, 06:53:34 am »
Some reason I do admire Dr. Robert Cassar. This guy is also a health nut, but my question is how many of us can really spend time and money just cleaning out our teeth like him. Remember, he is almost a vegan (except raw goat milk cheese that he consumes). His  video, makes me just laugh and I say in my mind that only Dr. Cassar can do this hard work, not all of us.

I didn't see anything that took a lot of time or money. Salt, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide are cheap common items. I use baking soda on my toothbrush. Dr. Nara's "Money by the Mouthful" is a classic.

I m comparing the amount of time that others can invest to proper care of their teeth. My children even don't know what is brushing while they maintain perfect tooth health on RPD

The best thing I've found for teeth health (other than a good diet) is swishing and brushing with coconut oil.
