After a cleanse it may take a few days to get your digestive enzymes back to par, so you may want to eat lite at first.

It may even benefit you to begin to eat small pieces of highmeat to better overall digestion and to replenish gut flora that could of been lost during the cleanse.

Its hard to know the exact cause of such a stomach pain.
What is the typical daily diet consist of now?

Meat fruits and dairy. My mistake may have been to say "I feel great!" and then proceed to have a huge meat meal. I thought meat and fat were the easiest thing to digest? Maybe I was wrong.

I have some high kidneys that've been going for about 3 weeks. Should i eat a few pieces of this even though it isn't done yet? How about kefir?

Aajonus said to get the liver going again one should eat a half pound of raw dates a day with 12 tablespoons of butter. I think I'm gonna do that for now.

I still think dairy could be a problem.

Meats and fats are typically easy to digest, but you may have deminished your gut flora with too much fruit and juice.

Its also possible you may not have completely adapted to this diet yet and haven't had time for the flesh eating flora to establish dominance in your digestive tract. This lack of adaption along with an intolerance to dairy could be the problem.

High meat is by far much better at priming the digestive tract for optimal raw meat digestion than cultured dairy. I noticed benefits from high meat right away.

Fats are important for cleaning the liver and healing the gut.

What kind of fats and meats are you using now?

Im using now mostly suet and backfat with some marrow and butter and eggs. I eat some kidney and dry aged sirloin and liver as well. Also heart.

I would eat some high meat for the first time but my kidney has only been aging 3 weeks. Should i still have some or is it not high enough yet?

It depends on how ripe it is,  high meat will age faster at higher temperatures, but too high temperatures without enough oxygen will often cause more foul tasting and less beneficial organisms to grow.

Three weeks seems like long enough to at least start to try in order to gauge your reaction. The first few times I tried high meat I got instant energy, mood,and benefits. I had loose stool the first couple of times , but there was no discomfort or adverse effects, and I soon began to notice that I had better digestion and more regular bowls than I could remember
ever having.

I have moved away from using AV high meat due to taste. Jar high meat is beneficial for mood and digestion, but my batches were often contaminated with foul tasting green molds.

I will now age whole animals in the open air and then allow the rest of the carcass to dry a bit, It turns into high jerky, and its freaking delicious if its aged, then dried right.
