milk thistle
« on: February 26, 2012, 03:03:35 pm »
I just got some raw milk thistle seeds to help with my gallbladder situation (olive oil/lemon/epsom salt flushes have been giving steady improvement) but I couldnt find any info on dosage for the raw seeds. Does anybody know how much of this I should eat daily?

grind them and eat table spoons, like really chew and eat the powder, that is the best form, i havent read about oding on them, i have read that the flour is extremely beneficial for the gallbladder and liver as well as nutritious...i am not sure if roasting is a good idea, if that or what temp denatures the silymarin wow given great advice :)!

i didnt grind them up or anything. Iv just been eating them raw and chewing them up. I didnt like the taste in the beginning but now I do. Maybe thats just my body telling me that it likes whatever good stuff is in it and may confirm that this is something I need.
