to veg or not veg?

Iv been craving vegetables lately which I ahve not had in a while because aajonus said so and his explanation seemed logical to me.
Can we compile all thoughts on veggies here so I can decide on this issue?

Not trying to be contradictory  (and I have no idea of what guidelines you are or aren't following), but for what its worth, I believe there is a good reason that one craves particular types of foods on occasions: because the body requires something in them.

aajonus says vegetables should be eaten raw (not juiced) when a particular vegetable is craved. Im wondering if it should be only then or if people think veggies and grean leaves should be a regular part of peoples diet.

Personally, I am not a juicer. I smell the vegetables, break off a piece or scrunch up a leaf. Is the smell appealing? Taste it, does it taste good? If so, eat, with happiness and gratitude.
If the vegetable continues to be appealing in the ensuing days, eat some more. If not, try some other veggies. Chances are you might find another one that hits the right notes. Eat.
Perhaps after a few days none have any appeal, give them a miss for the time.
The appeal is bound to spark up again, as body dictates.
In my opinion, the inner-body guru, is wise.

I do not eat vegetables regularly.

I only eat raw vegetables when I crave them or see them.

This afternoon I at a celery stem.  Then a carrot.

I eart very little vegetables simply because I don't have much desire for them. When I eat vegetables it's because I have some craving or urge to eat them and then of course I will go with it and eat whatever it may be raw, until it stops being appealing. I basically reiterated what others have just said. It's pretty simple, just experiment and work with the feedback you get.

Listen to your body troll, as long as it's not telling you to eat heavily denatured foods we know aren't good for us like fried foods, refined carbs, or any 'food' that didn't exist before 1700.

I'm not one for vegetables. I've found solace in Spirulina.
It is, technically, a rare photosynthetic bacteria. It is often categorized
as algae, by laymen. The macronutrient composition
will vary between sources, dependent mostly on cultivation practices.
The most nutritious strains are cultivated in Hawai'i and Australia
where conditions are ideal year-round. Nasa has had success with
space-station cultivation. It has sustained me for three vegetable-free years without issue.
